Committee Call For Volunteers 

PHCC CO depends on its members to get involved and advance our mission. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to effectively provide programs, services and value to serve members’ needs.

Education Committee

Purpose: The Education Committee will focus on statewide plumbing, heating and cooling industry-related education for p-h-c professionals. Work with the Department of Regulatory Agencies to develop CE rules and requirements.  Develop PHCC’s continuing education program.

Duties & Responsibilities:

The committee will review the members’ educational needs; assist the office and make recommendations to the Board for developing relevant programming (content, delivery method and timing); participate in the PHCC CO educational committee (meets via Zoom approximately 4x/year). 

Meetings:
The committee will meet as needed, but no less than 4x/year. Meetings can be in-person or via Zoom.

Reports:
The committee will report to the Board of Directors at each quarterly board meeting and between board meetings, as needed.          

Other:
The committee will utilize the MyCommittee portal to maintain a committee roster, setup and disseminate meeting notices, post relevant discussions, maintain agenda’s and meeting minutes.

 

Member Services & Outreach Committee

Purpose: To assist the Executive Director, PHCC CO staff and the Board of Directors with membership recruitment and retention activities as well as communication efforts to members and prospects. 

Duties & Responsibilities:

The committee will review PHCC Colorado’s benefits and value proposition on an annual basis; survey members from time to time regarding overall satisfaction and needs; assist the office and make recommendations to the Board for developing recruitment and retention programs/campaigns; participate in providing content for and reviewing PHCC Colorado’s e-news.

Meetings:
The committee will meet as needed, but no less than 4x/year. Meetings can be in-person or via Zoom.
